Did somebody say ICECREAM? Hot Fudge Caramel Ice Cream Bar Cake Ingredients • 20 ice cream sandwiches (you may need more if they’re the square kind) • 2 cups hot fudge topping • 3/4 cup caramel topping • 8 ounce tub Cool Whip • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips • 1/2 cup toffee pieces Instructions 1. Microwave the fudge and caramel topping for about 25 seconds to loosen it and make it spreadable, if necessary. 2. Line the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish with a layer of the ice cream bars (10 of them; trim if necessary.) 3. Spread half of the hot fudge, followed by the caramel, and then Cool Whip over the sandwiches. Sprinkle on half of the chocolate chips and toffee pieces. Repeat layers. 4. Freeze until firm, about 1 hour. Cut into squares and serve. Notes You can make this up to 3 days ahead of time and frozen, tightly covered. Let thaw for about 5-10 minutes before slicing. • C H O C O L A T E P A N C A K E • 🤎 Chocolate, fresas y nata. ¿Qué puede fallar? Un pancake hecho en sartén y en el horno, de textura bff🤤 y con una capa de crema de nata y fresas en el top. Está todo dicho 🔝💥. Os dejo aquí👇🏻 la receta. Ingredientes: 75 g de harina, 2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo, 45 g de azúcar moreno, 2 cucharadas de azúcar blanco, 2 huevos, 125 ml de leche entera, 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla, 30 g de mantequilla. Crema de nata y fresas para decorar. Preparación: Precalentamos el horno a 190 grados. Colocamos una sartén de unos 20 cm de diámetro en el horno, 10 minutos. En un bol añadimos todos los ingredientes excepto la mantequilla y batimos hasta que quede una mezcla suave y sin grumos. Derretimos la mantequilla en la sartén y agregamos la mezcla. Removemos suavemente y horneamos unos 25 minutos. Montamos la nata y la agregamos en el top. Si queremos que no se derrita la nata, esperamos a que el pancake esté completamente frío. A good reason to skip dinner:) 8 whole eggs 700 ml whole milk 200 ml cream 150 sugar + plus 200 to caramelize Vanilla optional Caramelize the sugar and cover the whole pot with it, walls included. Set aside and let cool. Meanwhile mix all other ingredients and pour over the cooled caramel. Ovenbake at 175 degrees for about 40-50 min. Chill and serve cold. And remember! The quality of the ingredients will influence your end result.
