I stay harping on yall goofy asses that exercise doesn't just happen in the gym or from a workout tape. Gyms are great and P90X is too but MOVEMENT IS EXERCISE. EXERCISE IS MOVEMENT. THAT'S ALL. THAT'S IT. If you move around a lot, you will be burning your calories, using your muscles, and kickstarting your cardiovascular system. In these dire times there's a lot of stuff yo donkey tooth ass could be getting up and doing to stay active if you desire to be. I'm fortunate enough to have the garage gym but for those that don't, man you could just be walking. I've been walking my ASS off.
OR you could get up and spend some damn time with the people you're trapped in quarantine with. The wife and I got tired of sitting on the house. So we got up and we made a fat ass rack of ribs, played some cornhole, ran around the yard with the dog, and threw a football around. Fitbit says I burned hundreds of additional calories just having a great afternoon with my best friend. If you are on lockdown with other people, get up and play some damn games. Move around. Do something. Your gym is shut down, you aren't.
Also yes, we seasoned the HELL out of those ribs. Because if you don't season your food you're a goddamn criminal that deserves the harshest of punishment.
