Prep life still lives on even in this current situation 💪🏼
It would have been incredibly easy for me to give up on this prep but quitting for me is never an option!
Don’t get me wrong, when I knew lockdown was looming the panic began to set in...would I get the food to fit my plan? Will I be able to keep my activity levels up? Will I stay motivated? How am I going to distract myself from that HANGER with no clients coming to train with me....
But as lockdown was ordered all of those things I panicked about never became an issue, if anything this isolation has pushed and motivated me further towards my goals!
Yes I am incredibly lucky to have my own gym at home but training is just an addition to the results! What comes down to successfully achieving each day is mindset, determination, will power, motivation and DIET...and no lockdown can take this from you...only YOU can be the decider of your results!
I’ve had to make many changes to my routine, work around available foods to fit my plan and change my training techniques to keep my activity levels up. I’ve upped my pace in all aspects of my lockdown life and now I’m starting to reap the rewards.
Self motivation can be a pain in the arse sometimes and I miss my coach @nathan_smart1 putting me through my paces, but I remind myself how lucky I am in this current situation to still be able to do what I love and give it my all.
10 weeks in and who knows how many weeks out, I’m not stopping this prep until the government release me 😆💪🏼🙌🏼
Stepping out of lockdown in my best condition yet...nothing getting in the way of that ☺️
