How has this week been for you?👀 〰️ I wanted to share a simple little breakfast w/ you, which is actually one of my faves, using things I had at home. It's a simple HUMMUS TOAST! Lately, I've been going extra hard on my savoury choices for breakfast. Growing up in Dubai, hummus was a pretty common thing to have - I always loved the cool, creamy, luxurious texture and taste of it paired w/ a salad, pita bread or fattoush!⠀ Here though, I love it w/ sourdough bread + I've topped it w/ some 🥒 hearts & black sesame seeds! #Repost @theholisticblonde Simple, delicious dinner. Zucchini noodles and wild salmon grilled in coconut oil with garlic and sea salt. And a cup of bone broth. Since implementing intermittent fasting (consistently) and eating a whole foods diet with more healthy fats (I don’t limit carbs, just eat them timely) I’m down 15 pounds since the summer. My sugar cravings, which controlled me for years, are essentially gone.
