🍌White Choc Custard Cream BB 💯RECIPE BELOW💯 ⬇️Check out these Macros⬇️ So I've had two people say to me now that the sign of time under lockdown is when everyone starts making banana bread, guess I've reached that stage 🍌😅. Experimented with a few different protein BB recipes, and took influence from a few to come up with this. So easy, and damn tasty. Also super easy to customise with fillings and toppings of your choice 🔥. I went with custard cream biscuits and white choc chips 😏. Little tip, when eating this the day after, stick a slice in the toaster 🤤🤤. - INGREDIENTS - 👨‍🍳170g oats👨‍🍳 👨‍🍳65g @myproteinuk white choc whey👨‍🍳 👨‍🍳2 banana (around 250g)👨‍🍳 👨‍🍳2 egg whites (60g)👨‍🍳 👨‍🍳5g baking powder👨‍🍳 👨‍🍳100ml water👨‍🍳 👨‍🍳30g choc chips👨‍🍳 👨‍🍳3 custard creams👨‍🍳 👨‍🍳Tsp vanilla extract👨‍🍳 - METHOD - 🔥Preheat oven to 180C🔥 🔥Use a blender to blend the oats, whey, baking powder and a pinch of salt until a powder🔥 🔥In a bowl mash the bananas with a fork until a mush, then mix in the egg and vanilla🔥 🔥 Add the oat mix to the egg mix, add the water and stir together🔥 🔥Stir in your choc chips🔥 🔥Pour into a loaf tin lined with grease proof paper. Top with the biscuits🔥 🔥Bake for 30-35 min. A skewer should come out clean🔥 🔥Let cool in the pan for 20 min or so before removing and cooling on a wire rack🔥 - - Per 1/12 slice: - 112kcal - 16g carb - 2.8g fat -7g protein - - Get this recipe saved and let me know if you give it a go! 💯💯

Orange breakfast. 🧡 Orange 🍊 juice and carrot 🥕 halloumi squares. - This recipe needs to be developed more, because result was good, but not perfect! Carrot squares were tasty, but I was wishing them to be less crumply. 😏 Maybe 2 eggs instead of 1 would help. 🤔 - INGREDIENTS - 5 dl carrots 🥕 (3 large) 1 dl oatmeal 1 halloumi 1-2 eggs 1 tsp thyme Garlic - ☢️ 220 C/ 10-15 min - Eat with creme fraiche and apricot jam.
